Based on the
information presented in the report, I concur with Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.'s recommendation to inject
ozone into the deep ozone wells(OZ-7 through OZ-12) beginning immediately and continue the ozone injections
through the first quarter 2014. Discontinue the monthly groundwater monitoring program and instead monitor the
ozone system quarterly.
I will send a letter informing the responsible party of these changes.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Thank you, Tim.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-9852
Email: vmccartneyCd)sicehd.com
ly
From: Tim Cuellar [mailto:tcuellar@advgeoenv.coml
Sent: Friday, December 13, 2013 11:25 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: RE: Lopez Property at 1601 Turnpike
Hi Vicki,
The requirement from the RWQCB is to sample/monitor a min. of every 3 mos. while in
operation.
Thanks- Tim
Timothy J.
