<br /> In February 2013, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) was
<br /> notified of the death of Mrs. Mabel Keir on 31 January 2013 by her daughter, Ms. Judie Kindle.
<br /> On 11 February 2013, a representative of Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE), the
<br /> consulting firm retained by Mrs. Keir, notified the EHD that the necessary paperwork was being
<br /> prepared to transfer the Cleanup Fund (CUF) eligibility to the current property owner for the
<br /> remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminates resulting from a former underground
<br /> storage tank system at the above-referenced site. Please provide an update to this agency by
<br /> 22 April 2013, on the status of the transfer of CUF eligibility to the current property owner.
<br /> In March and April 2012, two soil vapor extraction (SVE) wells (SV-1 and SV-2), one soil boring
<br /> (SV3/B8), and thirteen in-situ ozone sparging (IOS) wells (0-1 through 0-12 and 0-13/SV-4)
<br /> were installed at this site. To date, the EHD has not received a report of findings from the start
<br /> up and operation of the SVE system, or the implementation of the IOS pilot test. Provide these
<br /> reports to the EHD by 31 May 2013.
