I believe you were
cc'd in an email dated 08/09/2011 from Ally, so hopefully that email made it to you.
Currently, we are in the process of obtaining all remediation install permits from City of
Stockton/San Joaquin County including seismic, electrical, building/plumbing, and Permit to
Operate with the APCD. This was started many months ago. It has been taking on average
between 3-4 months to obtain all the required permits. Additionally, I have met with PG&E, and
am in the process of setting up electrical service. PG&E also has to wait for our electrical permit
to be approved.
I have obtained a contractor to install the remediation compound and to install all of the
underground piping. Once we have the above permits secured, I will have them begin work on the
install.
Additionally, because of the new USTCF budget allocations for each tank fund project, we went
slightly over the 2011/2012 budget allocation. This was due to the cost of installing the
remediation wells. However, we received additional funding as of 07/01/12. Since then, AGE has
placed an order for the remediation system with the manufacturer(Mako Industries).
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks - Tim
7/31/2012
