The <br /> CUF concurs with the EHD that the responsible party must begin active remediation without <br /> delay to achieve water quality object in a timely manner. <br /> it cs <br /> The EHD has conducted a 30-day public comment period on a corrective action plan (CAP), <br /> which now is approved.
