During this time, the two sample sets
will be held for two weeps pending the need for additional analyses based on the results from
this investigation.
The EHD approves the work plan as submitted with the addition of the two analyses. Submit
a boring permit application and permit/inspection fee of $434 to the EHD and notify the EHD
of pending fieldwork at least a week prior to the scheduled work.
Following the ozone be ch-scale study, in addition to submitting the report of findings to the
EHD by June 30, 2010, submit the results to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality
Control Board for theii evaluation to necessitate the issuance of a waste discharge
requirement (WDR) perrrjit.
