If the
analytical results are non-detectlfor groundwater collected from monitoring wells MW-2 and MW-9 during the
fourth quarter 2009 sampling event, then these two wells may be sampled annually beginning in 2010.
Also, Appendix B of the third quarter 2009 report lists MTBE, ETBE, EDB, and TBA in the analytical list for
groundwater samples collected from this site. As I mentioned to Matt yesterday, our department approved the
removal of MTBE, TBA, ETBE, and EDB from the analytical list by letter dated February 7, 2008. Is there a
reason for not omitting these analytes from the list?
Vicki McCartney,Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department I
600 East Main Street
Stockton,California 95202
Phone: (209)468-9852
Fax: (209)468-3433
Email: vmccamiey@sjcehd.com
