Training &Compliance <br />Binder- Weekly Inspection Checklist PF <br />• The Hazardous Waste Storage Area Weekly <br />Inspection Checklist must be completed once a week <br />on truck day by the Store Manager. <br />• Regulatory agencies may impose substantial <br />penalties to anyone who violates the Resource <br />Conservation and Recovery Act (federal law). <br />Fines may reach tens of thousands of dollars per <br />day for each violation. <br />• The purpose of the inspection checklist is to <br />ensure that the hazardous waste storage area <br />complies with applicable requirements and all <br />products have been properly declared as <br />hazardous waste per Dollar General SOP <br />guidelines. <br />• Do not store products on the shelving unit or any <br />rolltainers, mops, brooms, etc. within 3 feet of <br />the sides and front of the shelving unit. <br />• Keep the checklists in the Weekly Inspection <br />Checklists section in the Training and Compliance <br />Binder. <br />• Make additional blank copies of the checklist and <br />keep in the binder for future use. <br />• The Weekly Inspection Checklist will also be <br />available through STOREnet form # OPS -7106- <br />2012. <br />DOLLAR GENERAL -� <br />WASTE STORAGE AREA WEEKLY IN PEMION CHECKLI <br />Inspector(SM) Name: <br />Store #fLo[alion of Storage Area, <br />Total Number of COM.I ners:_ <br />YES NO <br />1.
