All removed areas will be replaced to <br /> City of Stockton standards. <br /> Item 4.3 All encroachment permits will be obtained from the <br /> City of Stockton Public:Works. <br /> Item 4.4 Approximately 450 cubic yards will be removed . <br /> Item 5.0 A total of eight (8) samples will be taken by <br /> California Water Laboratory. One ( 1 ) sample taken <br /> in each face and four (4) taken from the floor , at <br /> a depth of 20 ' . <br /> Item 5. 1 Samples will be taken using steam cleaned brass <br /> cylinders, held under a chain of custody and <br /> analyzed for TEPH-oil by EPA methods 3550 or 3540. <br /> BTX and E were non detected during previous <br /> sampling . . <br /> Item 6.0 After lab analysis has certified the excavation is <br /> below the levels of. contamination, it will be <br /> backfilled and compacted to the City of Stockton <br /> standards: <br /> Item 7.0 The removed soil will be stored upon the property <br /> of Union Ice in the packing area to the north of <br /> the existing facility . <br /> Item 7. 1 A bio remediation pian will be filed with San <br /> Joaquin Environmental Health , for soil treatment . <br />
