The site map is illegible. The required site map elements( north orientation, loading areas, storm and sewer drains, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment)cannot be read from the site map. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation. 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate,and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually.The business plan was not submitted to CERS for calendar year 2020 before January 15, 2020 due date. The business plan was submitted on 2/12/20. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. Violation was corrected on 2/12/20. This is a Class II violation. Overall Inspection Comments: On site to conduct a routine Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were two violations during the inspection. One violation has been corrected in CERS. For the open violation, complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by June 26, 2020. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign. AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE.
