(CERS ID 10413070) <br /> Dear Inspector Florido: <br /> We began receiving Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Reports on 8/1/2019 after <br /> your recent inspections recorded at the Dollar General locations mentioned above. <br /> Several issues were noted in those reports within two main categories or areas; Record <br /> Keeping/Documentation cited for violation 103, 104, 105, 106, 109, 110, and 111; <br /> Container management cited for violation 405. Dollar General takes any complaint of <br /> alleged unsafe or non-compliant regulatory conditions very seriously. We have addressed <br /> the related issues at these locations and used this as a training opportunity for all of our <br /> locations in operating in California. <br /> The following is a summary of the steps that Dollar General has taken to address the <br /> concerns at store 14130: <br /> Dollar General Compliance Director, Eric Voyles traveled to San Joaquin County <br /> August 6th- August 9th. During this trip Eric and our District Manager, Steve Bohnak <br /> completed the following items with the store team <br /> o Review the items on your provided inspection checklist <br /> o Completed supplemental training on the DG Environmental Compliance <br /> program to include: <br /> ■ Scan based system to classify/make waste determination — This <br /> data is delivered through 3rd party verification partnership with the <br /> WERCSMART/UL product analysis. <br /> ■ Reviewed classifying/waste determinations utilizing Quick <br /> Reference sheets. <br /> ■ Weekly checklist completion requirements <br /> Save time. Save money. Every day!° <br />
