CHRONOLOGY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN ELECTRIC,INC <br /> 535 N UNION STREET,STOCKTON CA 95205 <br /> 10/15/87 A 550-gallon regular gasoline underground storage tank(UST)State ID 52725001 was j <br /> removed at the above referenced site by Western Meter Service,Inc. There was no <br /> evidence of holes in the tank. <br /> The tank was found to be sitting on top of a concrete vault. A soil sample was collected <br /> at 6 feet below surface grade at the north end of the tank but not directly below the tank. <br /> Based on the tank removal work plan,the tank was transported to Learner Co. at 2711 <br /> Navy Drive Stockton and cut up for scrap but no tank receipt exists to confirm that. <br /> 11/30/87 Analytical results of the soil sample were 30 ppm of gasoline(TPH-g), 2,700 ppm of <br /> Motor Oil, 5.0 ppm of Benzene, 8.0 ppm of Xylenes. <br /> 01/19/88 Prop-65 and Unauthorized Release Report were fled by San Joaquin County Public r <br /> Health Services Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) <br /> 03/28/94 Meeting held with the responsible party(RP)to discuss investigation options. <br /> 05/28/96 Official Notification of Responsibility was sent to the RP requiring investigation of the <br /> contamination at the site. <br /> { <br /> 1998 to 1999 Multiple notification letters sent requiring the RP to comply with SJ PHS/EHD directives. <br /> 01/11/00 One Geoprobe borehole was advanced to 30 feet bsg just outside east of the still existing <br /> concrete vault where the tank once sat. Groundwater was not encountered. 5 soil <br /> samples were collected;two samples(15'bsg and 20'bsg)were selected for laboratory <br /> analyses. <br /> 02/03/00 Analytical results-of the soil samples were non-detect at above detection limits for TPH-g, <br /> Motor Oil,BTEX,and oxygenates. <br /> 08/21/00 Submitted site for closure. <br /> �I <br />
