AMENDMENT OF WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS -3- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. R5-2002-0180 <br /> STOCKTON COGEN COMPANY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 2. Provision F.3 in Order No. 5-01-119 shall be revised to modify the second sentence to read as <br /> follows: <br /> Effective 1 November 2003,Receiving Water Limitation E.1 requires that the discharge <br /> not cause receiving water dissolved oxygen to fall below 7.0 mg/l, and Receiving Water <br /> Limitation E.8 requires that the discharge not cause the receiving water temperature to <br /> increase more than 5°F. <br /> 3. If, in the opinion of the Executive Officer, the Discharger fails to comply with the provisions of <br /> this order, the Executive Officer may apply to the Attorney General for judicial enforcement or <br /> issue a complaint for Administrative Civil Liability. <br /> I, THOMAS R.
