Box 38 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 6.10 <br /> 209/468-342 <br /> 5 <br /> I <br /> November 1, 1994 <br /> r <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE XITIGATI N PLAN ; <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a soil remediation plan for <br /> contamination from underground storage tanks (USTs) previously <br /> located at 1400 Victor Road, Lodi has been reviewed by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a roposal for the excavation of <br /> soil which was contaminated due to inauthorized releases from the <br /> USTs which were located on the Property. <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tenative determination that the plan is in <br /> compliance with local, State and Federal laws and regulations and <br /> that the resultant work will not cr ate significant adverse <br /> environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available f r public review at PHS/EHD, <br /> 445 N.
