Report N/A <br /> She Control <br /> Initial Site Entry <br /> The Project Manager shall arrange an initial site briefing with the Health and Safety Officer <br /> (HSO). Based on the information provided in this initial site briefing and on the nature of <br /> magnitude of known or suspected site contaminants and the work plan tasks, the HSO <br /> i <br /> shall determine initial site entry procedures anc shall specify them below. It is the <br /> responsibility of the Site Safety Officer (SSO) to implement these procedures and direct ' <br /> proper site entry. <br /> Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) ensemble f Dr personnel to wear during initial site <br /> entry: i <br /> Level D with respirator available. Respirators all be half mask with organic vapor <br /> cartridges (color-coded black and gray) <br /> i <br /> If Level C PPE is required for initial site entry, ther all personnel MUST carry a 5 minute <br /> escape air bottle. <br /> I <br /> 8 <br />
