These <br /> tanks were removed during July, 1996 and soil hydrocarbon contamination from <br /> leakage around the gasoline tank was identified as being present on our property. <br /> We are soliciting bids from interested contractors to provide site assessment and <br /> characterization services for the above mentioned site. We have submitted a workplan <br /> for review and approval to San Joaquin County Department of Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Department (PHSEHD), The scope of work that we have <br /> outlined in the attached Scope of Work and Bid R--sponse Form is in conformance with <br /> what we expect PHSEHD to approve. <br /> If you are interested in bidding the project we will provide you with a copy of the <br /> workplan as soon as it is approved by PHSEHD. Interested bidders shall complete the <br /> enclosed Bid Response Form and return it to: Hi Hopes Venture, 2120 West Lodi <br /> Avenue, Lodi, California 95242. The closing date for bidding is August 26, 1996. We <br /> anticipate award of a contract prior to August 28, 1996 and work to start no later than <br /> September 3, 1996. <br /> We would appreciate it very much if you would inform us of your intentions to bid/no bid <br /> this work. <br />
