V®ZY INC <br /> . <br /> CRWQCB-Tank Tracking System <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) maintains a list of <br /> problematic underground storage tank sites The WZI review has revealed four listed sites <br /> within one-half mile of the subject property <br /> Lodi Unified School District- 820 South Cluff Avenue <br /> Discussed in the Site Mitigation Database section of this report <br /> Lodi Lumber Company- 1025 Industrial Wa <br /> Y <br /> Lodi Lumber Company is located at 1025 Industrial Way, approximately 2000 feet <br /> northwest of the subject property On August 25, 1989, soil contamination was identified <br /> • following the removal of two 2,000 gallon underground fuel tanks Following some <br /> additional investigation PHSEHD determined in March, 1990 that no further action was <br /> required <br /> Mataga Olds/Buick- 880 South Beckman Road <br /> Mataga Old/Buick is located at 880 South Beckman Road, approximately 2,500 feet west <br /> of the subject property In May, 1991, a 3,000 gallon underground gasoline tank, a 3,000 <br /> gallon underground diesel tank, and a 350-gallon underground waste oil tank were <br /> removed from the automobile dealership site Approximately 90 cubic yards of <br /> hydrocarbon contaminated soil was identified and removed from the waste oil tank pit <br /> Most of the contaminated soil was removed from the subsurface but some of the <br /> contaminated soil was allowed to stay in place due to its proximity to a nearby building <br /> foundation On November 22, 1993 no further action was required by PHSEHD The <br /> CRWQCB granted site closure on May 20, 1996 <br /> 08220010 011 18 <br />
