ATTORNEY'S FEES. <br /> In the event any legal action or proceeding is commenced to interpret cr enforce the terms of, or <br /> obligations arising out of, this Agreement, or to recover damages for the breach thereof, the party <br /> prevailing in any such action or proceeding shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing <br /> party all reasonable attorney's fees,costs and expenses incurred by the prevailing party. <br /> 13. NOTICES. <br /> All notices, demands, requests, consents or other communications which this Agreement <br /> contemplates or authorizes, or requires or permits either party to give to the other, shall be in <br /> writing and shall be personally delivered or mailed to the respective party as follows: <br /> To CITY: To Georgia Pacific Corporation: <br /> Public Works Director Julie B.
