I approve the proposed work <br /> plan and schedule with one addition. The evaluation should include alternatives for engineered <br /> remediation of ground water beneath the residential neighborhood north of the canal. <br /> According to the schedule in the work plan, please submit the remedial alternatives report by <br /> 16 April 1998.
