WELL DESTRUCTION DERIVED WASTE <br /> Well destruction-derived wastes included: monuments, concrete, well boxes, conductor casing, <br /> PVC, soil cuttings, water generated during drilling, and decontamination water. Well destruction <br /> debris was stored in 20-yard roll-off bins and disposed of as construction material debris. Soil <br /> cuttings were stored in 20-yard roll-off bins. Aqueous wastes were stored in 55-gallon drums and <br /> 20-yard roll-off bins. All soil and aqueous waste containers were properly labeled with contents, <br /> ' accumulation date, and contact information, and were disposed of by a qualified environmental <br /> services company.
