The Work Plan proposes destroying 21 <br /> ' remaining groundwater monitoring wells and 12 ozone sparging wells by overdrilling the borings to <br /> remove all material within the original boreholes and backfilling the borings by tremmie-filling the <br /> borings with cement grout. <br /> ' The Work Plan is acceptable to Regional Water Board staff. Georgia-Pacific may proceed to complete <br /> the work upon obtaining the necessary permits from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> ' Department. A completion report documenting the well destruction should be submitted within 60 <br /> days of completion of the field work. Upon acceptance of the report, a final No Further Action letter will <br /> be issued.
