The technical report addresses <br /> Regional Board staff comments to the 25 January 2005 technical report,Addendum to Supplement the <br /> Information Contained in the Report of Waste Discharge/Reclamation Report. This report, in turn, <br /> supplied additional information and clarified previously-submitted information in Musco's 2 August <br /> 2004 Report of Waste Discharge (RWD). <br /> The RWD, as supplemented by the abovementioned technical reports, contains sufficient technical <br /> information for Regional Board staff to initiate the drafting of tentative waste discharge requirements; <br /> therefore, the RWD appears complete. <br /> We will prepare tentative waste discharge requirements for the discharge that are consistent with <br /> Regional Board plans and policies and based on technical information provided.in the RWD.
