In your NOI, you indicated that you would submit the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)by 1 April 2002. Your 26 March 2002 letter to our office transmitted a check for$250.00 and a revised NOI with 31 May 2002 as the new submission date of the SWPPP. It has come to our attention that we have not yet addressed your request. We apologize for this oversight.During our meeting with your consultants on 9 May 2002, we discussed that the NOV does not specify a date for submission of the SWPPP. In addition, our review of the General Industrial Permit shows that it does not require you to submit a fee when requesting a change in information including revision of a submission date. Therefore, we are returning your check of$250.00 and approving your request to submit the SWPPP by 31 May 2002.
