Nuisance odors were <br /> noted on 28 August 2002, 4 September 2002, 11 September 2002, and 18 September 2002. <br /> Therefore, Musco Family Olive Company has generated nuisance odors that exist beyond the <br /> limits of the property in violation of Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) 97-037, Time <br /> Schedule Order No. R5-2002-0014-ROI, and WDRs Order No. R5-2002-0148. It is noted that as <br /> required by California Water Code Section 13308, TSO No. R5-2002-0014-ROl prescribes a <br /> civil penalty amount of$5,000 per day of confirmed odor violations. <br /> Musco Family Olive Company shall take all necessary steps to stop offsite nuisance odors.
