The Regional Board also adopted Cleanup <br /> and Abatement(C&A) Order No. R5-2002-0149 at the same meeting. Both orders are enclosed. <br /> Please note that by 1 November 2002,the WDRs require a report on mechanical aerators, odor control <br /> equipment, flow meters, and irrigation system retrofits; a groundwater monitoring workplan is also due <br /> by that date. By 5 December 2002 an Operation and Maintenance Plan is required; by 1 March 2003 <br /> a Solid Waste Management Plan is required; and by 31 March 2003 a BPTC Salinity Source <br /> Reduction Plan is required. The C&A Order requires facility improvement reports on 6 September <br /> 2003 and 6 September 2004. Please refer to the WDRs and C&A Orders for additional reporting <br /> requirements.
