The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m.; however, a specific time <br /> has not been established for this item. <br /> During the hearing, no more than 15 minutes of testimony will be received from each designated <br /> party(Regional Board staff and Musco Family Olive Products/Studley Company), while no more <br /> than three minutes of testimony will be allowed for any other interested party.
