By 6 February 2003, 6 February 2004, and 6 September 2004,the Discharger shall submit <br /> reports describing the facility improvements that have been made to reduce the constituent <br /> concentrations to those listed for that date in the above table. <br /> 4. By 6 September 2004, the Discharger shall comply with all aspects of WDRs Order No. <br /> 5. The requirements of Revised TSO No. R5-2002-0014-ROl remain in effect except for the Items <br /> No. 18 and No. 19 (found on page 11 of the Order). <br /> In addition to the above, the Discharger shall comply with all applicable provisions of the California <br /> Water Code that are not specifically referred to in this Order. As required by the California Business <br /> and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and 7835.1, all reports shall be prepared by, or under the <br /> sup g � <br /> supervision of a California Registered Engineer or Registered Geologist and signed by the registered <br /> professional. <br /> If, in the opinion of the Executive Officer, the Discharger fails to comply with the provisions of this <br /> Order, the Executive Officer may refer this matter to the Attorney General for judicial enforcement or <br /> may issue a compliant for administrative civil liability. <br /> I, THOMAS R.
