Recordkeeping <br /> All facilities, whether they are an LQG or SQG must keep following records <br /> on file for 3 years : <br /> • EPA identification number . <br /> • Records of weekly inspection of the central accumulation area . <br /> • Manifest for sending waste offsite for disposal or recycling . <br /> • A copy of each signed manifest for until the facility receives a signed <br /> copy from the designated facility which received the waste .
