[ADD <br /> COMPANY ] LOGO <br /> SOP : Required Weekly Self- Inspections for Hazardous Waste Accumulation <br /> Effective Date : <br /> Reviewed by : <br /> PURPOSE: <br /> State hazardous waste regulations require facilities that generate and store hazardous <br /> waste and are registered as a large quantity generator (LQG) or a small quantity <br /> generator (SQG) to perform weekly inspections of hazardous waste storage areas . This <br /> procedure has been designed to aid in complying with the required weekly inspection <br /> of the hazardous waste storage area and to provide guidance on what needs to be <br /> inspected . <br /> ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : <br /> PROCEDURE: <br /> Ensure compliance with the following checklist by : <br /> • Printing the checklist . <br /> • Inspecting the checklist items weekly to determine if the area and contents are in <br /> compliance .
