(AGE) requested a <br /> letter of approval from San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EI D) for the transfer of overburden soil from the horizontal trenching <br /> excavation at the above referenced site to Manuel Ray and Conti Materials. PHS/EHD staff <br /> did not notice any odor or discoloration to the soil excavated from the trenching.
