Van Buren Street, Stockton, Ca
Dear Mr. Sasson;
This correspondence, on behalf of Mr. Gerald Sperry, representing Mr. William Chase, is to
request an extension of two months to the July 8, 1994 deadline for free product recovery system
installation. RESNA conducted system research and has advised Mr. Sperry of the types of
systems available and their respective costs. Mr. Sperry has stated that he will accept our
recommendations for the system that is the most cost effective and the best remediation
alternative for the site. The system will be ordered within the next two weeks but delivery will
take two weeks and installation and testing will take three weeks to one month.
We do have a monthly manual free product recovery schedule. This was initiated on July 1,
1994, and will continue.
If you have questions or concerns please call Greg Stahl or me at (209) 838-3507.
Respectfully,
RESNA Industries Inc.
C>4ra
Lois Frantz
Project Geologist
LF/gk
PC: Gerald Sperry, Freeman, Brown, Sperry, Hartman and DiAuito
M91500r70\LETTERS\L-07I194.LF
