Part of this investigation involves
reviewing the files for the site and for adjacent properties which may have impacted
the site. Please find the eight highlighted sites on the enclosed pages and pull these
files for review by ATEC. In addition to these, please pull the following files if
they exist:
1) Waterfront Tower
509 West Weber Avenue
Stockton, California
2) Vacant Lot
Southwest corner of South Lincoln Street and West Weber Avenue
(Property is across the street south of the subject site and
probably has an address of 500 to 520 South Weber Avenue - see
enclosed map), Stockton, California
A series of at least four groundwater monitoring well heads were observed on the
vacant lot property described above. The property was not listed on the record
search that was performed by ERIIS. If this is not a discreet contaminant location,
perhaps you could identify it with a larger regional plume and pull the file on that.
U\ A Subsidiary of American Testing and Engineering Corporation Consulting Environmental, Geotechnical and
Offices in Major U.S. Cilies/Since 1958 Materials Engineers
