After the excavation took place in 2004,confirmation samples
levels still remained above water quality objectives. The City of Stocktoshowed that the COCs decreased, but
n ha
reinstall the groundwater monitoring wells that were previously destronot submitted a work plan to
yed s s allow for redevelopment of the
downtown area;the EHD has not pushed hard on the site in light of the to
bankruptcy issues and has not
thought that referral to the Regional Board would be of benefit. As the City appears to
bankruptcy, EHD will schedule a meeting with appropriate City of Stocktbe emerging from
on personnel o discuss a timeframe for
Case Closure Policy criteria.
completing the directed work plan and meeting the requirements for the Low-Threat Underground Storage Tank
Thanks
Angelica
Angelica Sandoval Marin,Senior REHS
San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
