18 March 1996 <br />' AGE-NC Project No 95-0143 <br /> Page 4 of <br />' sites are lithologically similar, data obtained from 423 North Madison can be used to evaluate <br /> remedial options for the Van Buren site <br />' We reconunend the erformance of appropriate feasibility studies to delineate viable remedial options <br /> P <br /> for the site, including, if necessary, bioremediation and/or geotechnical analysis, in addition to the in- <br /> situ air sparging pilot test performed at the Madison Street site Upon completion of the feasibility <br /> studies, a CAP should be prepared for the site <br />' The next quarterly monitoring at the site will be scheduled for May 1996, concurrent with monitoring <br /> at the Madison site <br /> 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly upon <br />�1 analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the geologic conditions at <br /> the site have been made from a limited number of available data points (i a borings, ground water <br /> monitoring well samples), and subsurface conditions may vary through time and with distance from <br /> these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional <br /> recommendations contained in this report <br />
