Are you able to obtain and provide copies of the required disposal records/shipping papers, explained in my <br />4/2/20 email to you, for violations 110, 113, and 608 (b)? If you are not able to provide these records, state this <br />in a written statement. <br /> <br />2. Are your drained used metal oil filters picked up to be recycled or to be disposed as hazardous waste? <br /> <br />Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply is billed at the current hourly rate ($152).
