I reviewed the paperwork and the following <br />information/paperwork was missing and is needed to close out the remaining violations: <br />1. Violation 110: <br />a. Submit disposal records for used absorbent/oily solids for 2017 and 2018. <br />b. Submit disposal records for used paper oil filters for 2017-2019. <br />2. Violation 113: <br />a. Submit copies of consolidated manifest receipts from the following dates for the disposal of the <br />following hazardous wastes: <br /> i. 3/29/2017 for 200 gallons of used oil <br /> ii. 3/29/2017 for 70 gallons of used antifreeze <br /> iii. 10/30/2017 for 240 gallons of used oil <br /> iv. 10/30/2017 for 80 gallons of used antifreeze <br /> v. 7/3/2018 for 185 gallons of used oil <br />3. Violation 605: The photos submitted of the oily solids container labels show that the hazardous properties is not <br />marked on the labels. Mark the hazardous properties on the labels and submit a corrective action statement. <br />4. Violation 608: <br />a. Submit a written statement explaining how you store and label used paper oil filters, drained metal <br />oil/fuel filters, and drained transmission filters. <br />b. Submit bill of lading recycling records for drained metal oil and fuel filters for 2017 through present. <br />5. Violations 708 and 709: Submit a written statement explaining how you are now storing, labeling, and managing <br />non-empty universal waste aerosol cans. <br /> <br />Submit this information by 3/27/2020 to avoid being billed by our department for non-compliance.
