Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by section 9-10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recording the parcel map to determine that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should the <br /> number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22 , CCR, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> d. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach <br /> field are will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as storage area. This leach field area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines. <br /> e.
