UP-91-7 <br /> STANLEY VANDERVEEN (C/O/ MIKE MOORE) <br /> ----------------------------------------------- <br /> The Planning Division intends to recommend approval of Application <br /> No. UP-91-7, subject to the following conditions. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Condition of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. PLANNING DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a. Landscaping: <br /> (1) A minimum ten-foot-wide planting strip is required <br /> along the frontages of Comconex Road and State Route <br /> 120. The strip shall be continuous except where it <br /> is crossed by driveways. This strip shall contain <br /> one tree for each 30 feet of frontage. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, <br /> driveways, walkways, or other permanent facilities <br /> shall be landscaped. <br />
