The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a . The proposed use will change the occupancy from a R-3 <br /> (Residence ) occupancy to a E-3 (Day Care Facility) <br /> occupancy (U.B .C. , Section 502 ) . The structure must be <br /> brought into compliance with all current code provisions <br /> including structural , plumbing, mechanical , electrical , <br /> energy and handicap requirements. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C. A.C. , Title 24 ) , <br /> C . Entire structure shall be brought to current code , <br /> requirements for a E-3 occupancy. <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> a . Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space( s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance ( C. A. C, Title 24 ) . <br />
