If you wish to contest this action, you may file an appeal at the Planning Division Office. The ten-day appeal period will expire on March 19, 1993, at 5: 00 p.m. If this date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day. If no appeal is filed, the action will become final at that time. The approval expiration date is September 18, 1994 .
