The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as follows: Raise well <br /> casing to twelve inches (1211) above ground level, back <br /> fill pit with native soil, and install cement surface <br /> seal around well casing to sufficiently protect well <br /> casing and integrity of well grout. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> a. Obtain building permits for any alterations necessary to <br /> accommodate the new general store. <br /> 5. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a. Submit a site plan to the District which provides <br /> specific details for proposed drainage and other such <br /> improvements which may affect District facilities and <br /> operations. This plan must be reviewed and approved by <br /> the District Engineering Department. <br /> b. Obtain an encroachment permit from the District for any <br /> proposed encroachments within any District easement. <br /> C. Obtain a structure abandonment agreement for and remove <br /> any service structure which is no longer needed within <br /> the improved site. <br />
