Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. A ten (10) <br /> foot wide landscaped area shall be installed along State Route <br /> 120. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by <br /> driveways and walkways. The enclosure shall be <br /> constructed on three sides with a solid masonry wall and gated <br /> on the fourth side. (Development Title Section 9-1020. 8 [d] ) <br />
