Hazelton Avenue SAN JUAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 PLANNING DIVISION <br /> ATTENTION: RICHARD LARROUY <br /> RE: ( SA-89-30 ) SITE APPROVAL TO INSTALL A WALNUT HULLER AND <br /> DEHYDRATOR FOR RAYMOND HAYES <br /> Upon review of the subject application, it appears that the <br /> applicant proposes to encroach upon the District ' s easement for <br /> Lateral "Bd" with a 2" drain pipe which will discharge water into <br /> a private pipeline that is connected to the District ' s lateral . <br /> Unfortunately, the information provided does not contain <br /> sufficient details to adequately evaluate the projects potential <br /> effects upon District facilities and operations . <br /> It is therefore requested that the applicant be required - o <br /> submit a more detailed plan to the District for approval by its <br /> Board of Directors which will provide more specific information <br /> relative to the following : <br /> 1 ) The nature of water discharged ( ie: quantity <br /> and quality of water being discharged ) . <br /> 2 ) The ultimate destination of discharged <br /> water . <br /> 3 ) The measures to be taken to prevent <br /> discharged water from entering District <br /> facilities. <br /> 4 ) Exact dimensioning of discharge line and any <br /> other proposed encroachments in relation to <br /> the location of the District pipeline (Note : <br /> a 2 ft . vertical clearance and a 5 ft. <br /> horizontal clearance from the outside edge <br /> of the pipeline are generally considered as <br /> minimum standards for all minor type <br /> encroachments ) . <br />
