STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-93-08 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee may be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of the building permit application for mobilehome on <br /> permanent foundation. (The fee currently is $1, 142 . 76 per <br /> single family dwelling unit. If there is no building permit <br /> required or mobilehome on temporary foundation, the fee will be <br /> exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 <br /> of each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 <br /> percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing <br /> and administering the program. (Resolution R-92-327) <br /> 5 . An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to result in a twenty-five <br /> foot (25' ) wide right-of-way along the Patrick Road frontage of <br /> APN 103-110-32 will be required at the time of the building <br /> permit application for the new primary residence. (A $225. 00 <br /> fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a <br /> legal description of the parcel to be offered for dedication) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) . <br /> 6. The frontage improvements for Patrick Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way rural road. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a <br /> Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs <br /> prior to issuance of building permit for the new primary <br /> residence. (A $260. 00 fee currently is required for processing <br /> per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate and legal description shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department <br /> and submitted to the Public Works Department for approval. As <br /> an option the Department of Public Works will prepare the <br /> drawing and estimate for an additional fee of $115. 00) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) . <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. <br /> Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br />
