REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION <br /> SD-94-1 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach and driveway shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207 and <br /> the San Joaquin County Standards F-1a, issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1, 551. 00 per multi family dwelling unit in <br /> the Escalon area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> NOTE: The Permit will expire on February 1, 1997 . The new address <br /> for the second unit dwelling is 27700 East Owens Road Escalon. <br />
