A condition of this approval is compliance with San
Joaquin Local Health District requirements.
San Joaquin Local Health District requirements are that this Tentative Division
of Land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance
No. 549. A percolation test, soil profile and a minimum sewage disposal area
are required for Local Health District approval , if the property is used for
residential development.
