The City of Manteca is the local <br /> provider of these services . The proponent should contact the <br /> City to find out whether the site would have to annex to the <br /> City to obtain services . <br /> Off-street parking spaces must be provided at the rate of one <br /> space for each three seats . The application must identify the <br /> maximum seating capacity of each building proposed . <br /> What provisions are made for pedestrians in the parking lot <br /> area? <br /> The application must include a development schedule for all <br /> t <br /> elements of Phase I and Phase II . <br /> i <br /> Is the Shawnee Way extension to be constructed soon?
