SJCEHD SP <br /> the calculated strengths of the electric and magnetic fields <br /> generated by the Weber-Herdlyn and Rio Oso-Tesla lines, <br /> and the proposed Rancho Seco-Tesla line. Field strengths <br /> should be identified at the edges of the existing rights-of-way <br /> and at 50, 100 and 200 feet from the edges of the rights-of- <br /> way. Field strengths should be calculated for a range of <br /> loading conditions including average load and maximum <br /> anticipated load. <br /> 4.12-5(c) Land adjacent to transmission line easements should be Review at SP stage.
