Access and exit points (from the street). <br />2. The storage/handling areas for and new diesel still reported in the inventory is not shown. <br />3. The topographical information is not accurate and does not show the entire facility and structures. <br /> <br />A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br />access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, <br />and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and <br />label as “NA". <br /> <br />Violations 5, 6, and 9 remain open. Violation 9 remains open until violations 5 and 6 have been successfully addressed. <br />Be advised, the violation comply by date has passed, consequently all time spent attempting to obtain compliance is <br />billed at $152 an hour. <br />You may call me if you have questions or need clarification. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />Robert Lopez <br />Hazardous Materials Specialist II <br />San Joaquin County
