The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for Plaza liquor and Gas as of May 01 , 2020 . Open violations from October 09, 2019 inspection Violation #209 - Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days . The designated operator inspections for the following months were performed more than 30 days after the previous inspection : - Initial inspection on 1 /11 /19 , next inspection performed on 2/11 /19 (31 days ) - Initial inspection on 3/ 11 / 19 , next inspection performed on 4/11 /19 (31 days ) - Initial inspection on 8/30/19 , next inspection performed on 9/30/ 19 (31 days) The designated operator visual inspections shall be conducted within 30 days or less of the previous inspection . Five of the seven test boots in the UDCs on the flexible piping were not pulled back. Any potential release from the primary containment into the secondary containment in the 87 , 91 , and diesel piping does not flow into a collection sump . All secondary containment systems shall be sloped so that all releases will flow to a collection sump located at the low point of the underground piping .
