The label on the drum was for Benzoflex (TM) 9-88 Plasticizer. Mr. Van <br /> Teslaar stated that he did not know what was in the drum or why it was placed in the yard. (Another <br /> bulging drum was observed in the Urethane Department with a pump attached to one of the <br /> bungholes.) <br /> VIOLATIONS/OBSERVATIONS: <br /> California Code of Regulations Title 22, section 66262.34(d)(2); <br /> Code of Federal Regulations Title 40, sections 262.34(d)(2); 265.171; 265.172 <br /> Hazardous waste shall be stored in a container that is in good condition.
